Standard Hosting
For small scale requirements- Domain registration and maintenance for one .com or .co.uk/.uk domain (some other top level domains may be more. Please ask)

- Up to 5 Email forwarders
- Webmail

- Additional standard domains registered and linked to the primary domain £2.50 per month. Some other top level domain are more expensive. Please ask

Advanced Hosting
Essential for WordPress and e-commerce sites- Includes standard hosting features plus:

- 1 Gb webspace
- Fast content delivery network with advanced caching
- Optional Cloudflare advanced CDN and website protection £10.00 per month
- Anti-hacking measures with weekly hacking scan
- SSL certificate included
- 5 x IMAP/POP3 mail boxes with 3Gb capacity and SSL
- Up to 10 email forwarders
- Additional 3Gb mail boxes and/or forwarders £1.50 per month per mailbox/forwarder
While our hosting includes basic email functionality it does have some limitations, so we also offer advanced email services – IMAP, Exchange, Office365 and Google Workspace (Gmail). These services can be added to either the Standard or Advanced Hosting packages or indeed to anything as long as you or we have access to your domain name DNS settings. These are much more “industrial strength” than the emails that come with a web hosting package.
IMAP mailboxes synchronise emails only across all while Exchange mailboxes synchronise emails, calendars and contacts across all devices. Google Workspace is a cost-effective alternative to Office365
You cannot mix these services.
This is a managed service – from your point of view you just have to get on with running your business – we provide a very personal service and take care of support with setup, migrations and troubleshooting. Our pricing reflects this.

Google Workspace has its own pricing structure – we simply add £2.00 per month per user to cover the management charge.
All the above services include advanced DNS settings to try to ensure that your domain is not blacklisted and that your email gets through. You can add as many forwarders as you need subject to fair usage.
Please note you cannot mix our advanced email service with the emails provided with our web hosting as the systems are run on separate servers.
Website Design/Implementation and Maintenance
We are experts in WordPress – the world’s most popular content management system.
Our fixed price for a WordPress website starts at £500.00 plus the £20.00 per month hosting fee described above. You can add an e-commerce function to this for £15.00 per month.
Of course the fixed price is very much dependent on the size and complexity of your project and on how many additional services you need e.g. graphic design, photography, videography, copy-writing, SEO, advertising on Google/Facebook. The more material you supply yourself the cheaper it will be.
As an alternative our sister company Brilliant Websites offer a subscription model. Unless you want an add-on service there is no up-front outlay. Much more importantly though on anything but the lowest package updates to content are included. If you have opted for the fixed price service we will charge you for any future updates once the initial design has been implemented and signed off. This can end up costing you more in the end.
Signing Up
Please follow the link below to sign up and please do not forget to set up a direct debit. We allow the option to pay by bank transfer (BACS) only for annual payments. Direct Debit payments save you as us money! Sorry we no longer accept payment by cheque.
No invoice will be issued until your services are active and the direct debit is not initiated until 14 days after the invoice date so you have time to query an invoice if necessary.
